It is mainly used for cylindrical lithium battery automatic putting of the bottom insulator,battery core detection,putting battery core in the cases,automatic welding bottom,automatic putting top surface insulator,automatic grooving and coating,automatic laser welding caps,and welded cap are,placed in the box.Features:
Automatic double-station into the shell and putting of the bottom insulator:CCD defective product detection.
Automatic point bottom welding and adding the top surface mat,automatic totaing needle.
Automatic grooving and coating oil,effectively prevent the swell after the grooving,can be added to the groove cleaning function.
Automatic laser welding cap,welding cap collect automaticly.
The weled caps can be placed in box automaticly.
